the Southeast Metro Stormwater Authority (Authority) web site.
The Authority was formed in September 2006 via an Intergovernmental
Agreement between the City of Centennial, Arapahoe County,
the Arapahoe County Water and Wastewater Authority, East Cherry
Creek Valley Water and Sanitation District, and Inverness
Water and Sanitation District. The Authority is responsible
for Stormwater Services within its service area.

The Authority was formed in order to protect people and property
from flooding, to comply with unfunded federal environmental
regulations, and to provide a funding mechanism so that the
stormwater services can be performed.
This site was created to inform the public about the newly
formed Authority. By exploring this site, you will find information
