Who We Serve

The Southeast Metro Stormwater Authority (Authority) serves all property owners (residential, commercial, industrial and new development) within its boundaries. The boundaries cover the entire City of Centennial, the developed areas of unincorporated Arapahoe County, and a small portion of Douglas County. The Authority’s service area is an outgrowth of the partnership between the City of Centennial, Arapahoe County, the Arapahoe County Water and Wastewater Authority, East Cherry Creek Valley Water and Sanitation District, and the Inverness Water and Sanitation District.

Please see the map below or the GIS Program page for more information.
